do we need a strategy if we already have a brand book?
a brand book tells you what your brand looks and sounds like. a social strategy tells you what to do with it on a tuesday — which platforms, which pillars, which numbers to chase. they sit on top of each other; we'll lift from your brand book and credit it.
how is this different from a marketing plan?
a marketing plan covers the full funnel — site, email, sales, partnerships, paid. our social strategy is the deep dive on the social and content layer of that plan. if you want the wider plan, we can do it, or hand it off to uiux.studio, our parent.
who needs to be in the room for the workshop?
whoever signs off, whoever runs the day-to-day, and ideally a customer-facing voice — a sales lead or a community manager. four to six people max. anyone else gets the recording and the doc.
can we start with strategy and add execution later?
yes — most clients do. strategy as a standalone is a fixed-fee three-week engagement. if you bring us in for content / paid / community after, we credit the strategy fee against the first month of the retainer.
what if our market shifts mid-quarter?
the thesis is built to survive a quarter, not a year. if the ground moves — a competitor pivots, a platform shifts ranking, a regulator steps in — we'll write a one-page amendment inside the same engagement. no extra fee.
what's not included?
campaign creative, the actual content, paid media buying, and influencer activations are separate engagements (and separate line items). we'll point at them in the strategy and you can opt in to any of them.
